The Homefront Heroes Hiring (HHH) Program is designed to attract and hire spouses and domestic partners of actively serving military personnel into career opportunities through a military spouse-specific virtual hiring event and onboarding program.

Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure; provides information security; and enables Wells Fargo global customers to have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week banking access through in-branch, online, ATMs, and other channels.

Wells Fargo Enterprise Marketing Technology, part of Wells Fargo Enterprise Functions Technology, is seeking a Java developer that will focus on the Marketing platform integrations to support the Marketing applications and teams. This position is for a Mulesoft developer who will maintain and develop new functionality for the business for the full life cycle of projects from evaluation of complex business requirements to design, coding, and testing of solutions, utilizing a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs.

This candidate is required to serve as a resource on delivery, collaborate with other team members and interface with upstream/downstream application teams. Successful applicant will have to multi-task in a fast-paced team oriented environment while development and implementation of highly complex Internet and intra-net applications. This requires leveraging knowledge and experience with Java/J2EE and Mulesoft framework. Some development and migration work in .NET Core and knowledge of PCF may be needed.

Other duties will include:
  • Analyze business and technical requirements to determine system design, potential issues, and, impact analysis for each project
  • Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for the developed applications
  • Review Requirements Documents and develop implementation strategies that preserve the availability, performance, integrity, stability, and scalability of systems
  • Produce architecture and design documents to effectively communicate the solution to the business and provide direction for the development teams and infrastructure partners
  • Work with business and technology partners to prevent or solve difficult availability and performance problems
  • Interact with internal and external technical leaders to develop innovative solutions that meet business needs
  • Research new innovative tools and technologies and lead proof-of-concepts to drive adoption
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 2+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of development in Java or .NET/.NET Core
  • 1+ year of Mulesoft framework experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • 1+ year of RESTful or SOAP web services
  • Experience troubleshooting environments across the entire architecture
  • 1+ years of DevOps tool set based continuous incremental delivery experience
  • Experience with SDLC and Agile tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, Confluence, etc.
Pay Range:

$36.68 - $65.24 Hourly (New York City, NY location)
